Reporting to the Bakery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Prepare products to Lake Country Co-op standards, package and label finished products, maintain production records.
• Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department.
• Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards.
• Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow First in, first out (FIFO).
• Take cake orders and cake writing as required.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
