The Junior Recovery Specialist will be trained in all facets of the broader risk management operations of the business. The role is pivotal to the success of this growing business and offers diversity and the opportunity for personal and professional growth. What You’ll Do Administrative tasks, including updating daily Arrears logs, preparing daily, weekly arrears tracking reports and all administrative tasks related to 3rd party collection assignments. Ensure 3rd party collections requests are actioned within SLA. Recording daily Arrears items and activity Issuing cancellation notices and following up on return premiums Collecting on early/late term delinquencies by contacting borrowers to make payment arrangements; issuing repayment letters etc. Effectively manage daily inbound and outbound communication via phone and email Ensure FIRST Canada’s delinquency ratio and losses are kept within budget Other job related duties as assigned.
