Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, T&O Finance GFT Applications will provide financial advisory support to the Global Functions Technology senior leadership team in Technology and Operations (T&O) with responsibility for all finance performance management activities including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, allocations, tracking key metrics, providing insights, advice and decision support. What you will do? Responsible for the oversight of all financial processes for Risk IT, Finance IT, HR IT, CLAO IT and all other teams within GFT impacting an annual budget of over $0.4Bn Develop, review and oversee production of accurate and relevant management reporting packages for GFT Applications above mentioned teams and respective platform/functions Finance, including financial information and relevant metrics End to end transparency from NIE of the service group to allocations to segments and platform. Accuracy for overall allocations to the respective platforms/functions, including the monthly allocation reporting to CIO navigators Provide support to the VPs of the individual delivery towers including preparing, reviewing and presenting monthly financial packages for their delivery towers Continuously improve processes, find opportunities to standardize, automate and free-up capacity for value-add analysis and insights Collaborate with GFT Applications teams to foster an environment of financial discipline, transparency and accountability Perform analysis of trends, variances, forecast, key metrics in order to identify opportunities and provide advice to GFT Applications team on meeting financial targets and improving investment outcomes Assist with development of business cases and review of investment/spend decisions and prioritization Run an efficient process for Planning, Forecasting, monthly estimate, monthly reporting while helping GFT Applications teams bridge between top-down targets and bottom-up asks Develop and monitor appropriate cost allocation methods to charge GFT Applications costs to business segments and functions with supporting metrics, including work-month rate analysis Perform review of the PARs and SOW’s impacting the service group and segments/functions supported Reporting of the large programs impacting the service groups Coordinate team effort to respond to routine and ad-hoc information requests from Performance Management, Controls, Planning and other teams, in a timely manner Partner with Financial Controls team to ensure effective controls and governance oversight over monthly close, P&L analysis, balance sheet review and attestation, financial disclosures Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and information requests as required for their service group or Applications team in general. What you need to succeed? Must Have CPA or similar financial designation with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance with exposure to business planning process.
