About the role
We are looking for casual barista's to join our Melbourne team for shifts during the week. Our café is open from 7:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday with a small seasonal menu, cashless operation and good vibes. A typical day might look like:
Arrive bright and early and drink a brew with the team
Prepare and serve coffee
Take customer orders and handle the register
Run food and drinks to tables
Maintain a clean space by clearing tables and cleaning dishes
Offer our customers friendly service and knowledge of our products
To nail this role you’ll need:
1-2 years experience as a barista in a café
A warm and friendly energy
A passion for coffee
Strong customer service skills
