Job Summary Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This position will provide leadership, knowledge sharing and process development in the area of IT Control assessment services supporting the global RBC business and Technology team. This job adds value by providing strong day to day leadership and technical knowledge for Application and Infrastructure Control Assessments. What will you do? Manages the Cyber Controls assessment analysts in their role conducting and tracking detailed assessments for Infrastructure and Application assets. Provide technical support to assessment analysts on complex control assessment engagements and acts as a point of escalation providing senior management with updates on key concerns. Interfaces and builds key relationships with the stakeholders to ensure assessment and project objectives are met. Leads and provides guidance/coaching on complex, critical and time sensitive projects. Drives continuous operational process improvement/optimization to improve service levels and quality of assessments. What do you need to succeed? Must have: Minimum 4 years of experience as a people manager with emphasis on IT security, IT risk management, or relevant experience specific to the role. Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Security, Computing, and Information Systems or equivalent experience Relevant certifications required CISA, CISSP, and CRISC Successful at communicating equally effectively across diverse audiences and organizational levels. Nice-to-have: Required 8-10 years in Information Security Expert knowledge of ISO 27002, NIST 800 series, COBIT control framework. Required 3+ years of financial services or comparable multi-industry consulting experience. What’s in it for you?
