This includes working with key HR partners to develop detailed business process documentation to align with governance expectations, provide project management support, and effectively assist on regulatory, governance and compliance initiatives. How you'll succeed Business Analyst - Ability to evaluate and improve business processes, identifying opportunities and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The ability to document in a clear, concise manner that adhere to template standards. Collaboration & Relationship Building - Consult with HR Partners and Enterprise stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate discussions around regulatory and governance initiatives. Maintain strong professional relationships with leaders, internal business partners to drive the Governance strategic roadmap and day to day operations. Regulatory & Governance Mindset – Ability to interpret and understand the impact new regulations have on the organization. Being able to work with key stakeholders to analyze, review, plan and recommend solutions. Critical Thinking – The ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make informed decisions. It involves evaluating facts, considering multiple perspectives and developing sound reasoning. Project Management Support - Ability to plan, organize and maintain information in SharePoint and MS excel. Ability to create succinct, storytelling PowerPoint presentations.
