Job Description: Workday-Related Actions Provide Workday support to the Recruiting team, which includes accurately posting opportunities and making updates to job postings in the Workday system as well as on appropriate or requested job boards, and approving requisitions in the system and in a timely manner. Leverage Workday and Excel to create reports, extract data and create charts for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting Be the owner of recruitment workflow and educate the Recruiting team on guidelines to ensure the Company meets auditing and privacy requirements. This includes “spot audits” on requisitions to ensure the Recruiting team has completed and uploaded documents related to the Recruitment Process. Day to Day Recruiting Activities Organize, track and register upcoming trade shows, career fairs and industry nights at post secondary education facilities. Assist in the development of ongoing, pro-active, creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to bring top talent to the company using a variety of tools and techniques Candidate Experience Be the primary point of contact for candidate support through the Recruitment hotline and LiveChat feature on finning.com. Accurately track common questions, develop responses, and report on connections. Support the Recruiting social media strategy by completing updates to social media, making recommendations for content. May also be responsible for responding to comments in a timely manner. This includes working closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all updates and content are aligned with policies and procedures, and escalating comments that are made in the social media space. Identify and make recommendations for opportunities for improvement to the candidate experience and efficiency. Administrative Activities Complete confirmation of employment requests received from Finning employees accurately and within established guidelines. Provide legacy system support (i.e. Infinium, iCIMS, etc.) as needed. Complete accurate and thorough reporting requests for both internal and external reporting entities. Handle all recruitment suppliers - including invoice payment Other related reports as required. Project Support Support Recruiting projects as required. This could include scheduling and follow up with vendors, completing documentation, preliminary research, etc. Education & Experience: Minimum 2 to 3+ years of experience in a coordinator or in a dynamic administrative environment. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered. Registered Professional Recruiter or equivalent designation would be considered an asset. Experience using the Workday Recruiting module, and other enterprise ATS systems, would be considered an asset.
