We are looking for an Operations Excellence and Solutions Delivery Analyst to join our Global Wealth and Operations Management (GWAM) team! You will be responsible for supporting the Alternatives Investment organization’s transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing technology-based solutions to implement change. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive positive change. Position Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Conduct detailed assessments of existing systems and processes to understand their functionality and limitations. Develop process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes. Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Create project plans, timelines, and status reports. Coordinate project activities and track progress against milestones. Solution Delivery: Develop and deploy low-code/No-code based solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate), under NextGen program Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support transformation initiatives, including performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry benchmarks. Utilize data analytics tools to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and Technology teams, to understand needs and pain points. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement in financial services or related industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio). Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: A Master's Degree in a relevant field. Relevant certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP). Previous experience in developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Suite of tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI).
