As a digital strategy and performance advisor, you're responsible for improving business strategy performance by studying client behaviour. You measure and analyze the success and performance of digital solutions and provide teams with recommendations to help them improve their strategies based on the data analysis. Your role is to develop and implement strategies to assess and improve your sector's digital performance. You serve as a resource person for project teams for cybermetrics and understanding user behaviour. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and performance measurement plans based on client needs and the organization’s objectives. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields to understand needs, and present and explain various aspects of implementing strategies and digital solutions. More specifically, you will be required to: Monitor and analyze the performance of initiatives and digital solutions, and make recommendations to improve the user experience and make business objectives easier to achieve. Design and develop metrics, dashboards and analysis reports on client behaviour using the different sources of data available. Define and implement the plan and the tools for measuring web and digital performance. Help teams define their analytics needs, make recommendations and provide advice for selecting and implementing objectives and performance indicators. Monitor trends, identify opportunities and recommend improvements to web analytics and cybermetrics practices.
