Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce where you can work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. For this role, there is a requirement to be in office 2-days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
As a Manager, Sales Development (SDR Manager) at Resolver, you'll be responsible for managing, coaching and developing the SDR team.
You will work cross-functionally with different teams (sales, marketing, and product) to increase sales productivity at each step of the buying process through sales enablement of our team. Ideally, you're a coach and have a deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems and tools, and experience within the SaaS space.

Our Sales Development team is a fun, competitive, and passionate group of individuals hyper-focused on reaching decision makers through outbound activities, generating interest in Resolver’s Risk, Compliance and Security offerings, and booking opportunities that lead to annual recurring revenue. We reach risk, compliance, communications and corporate security leaders at many of the world’s leading organizations to help them improve their organizations’ approach to risk intelligence.
As Resolver continues its impressive growth, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative Manager for our Corporate Risk SDRs. You will lead one of the most impactful functions at Resolver, and be heavily involved in hiring, training, and continuously coaching the SDRs. A Resolver SDR Manager is a hands-on, data-obsessed individual who leads from the front, is genuinely interested in coaching individuals to reach their full potential, and motivated to hit monthly and quarterly team goals.

What you'll be doing:
Coaching (40%)
Measures of success: % of SDRs to plan, SDR call volume, call-to-meeting ratios, meetings generated, opportunities generated
Coaches the team in the achievement of sales targets and metrics
Resolves issues with Account Executives or internal stakeholders
Reviews call plans to optimize call activity and quality
Mentor the team for achievement of personal performance objectives
Oversees prioritization of outbound campaigns to ensure alignment with product and market strategy
Review of deals and potential risks
Team Building and Development (25%)
Measures of success: weekly one-on-one meetings, Team eNPS scores, time to ramp new SDR team members, optimization of training plans
Enables the team to maximize their impact by providing oversight, support, and guidance through coordinating best use of resources.
Partner with the Talent Team on applicable hiring decisions as an active part of the hiring process.
Work with enablement and training to equip the SDR team with the required product knowledge for effective outbound prospecting.
Provide regular one-on-one feedback with the goal of improving performance while proactively seeking opportunities to celebrate wins within the team.
On-board new team members to maximize time-to-productivity
Strategic Sales Planning (20%)
Measures of success: Knowledge of market/industry, quarterbacking internal stakeholders, new meetings generated within target accounts
Collaborates to develop plans that provide the SDR team with innovative strategies and sales tactics to lead them to success
Conducts research through multi-channel sources to stay on-top of prospects for the team and the competitive landscape
Participates in industry forums, chapters, and associations relevant to their target focus
Identify new areas of outbound approaches that should be adopted internally: LinkedIn outreach, personalized video, gifting, etc.
Forecasting & Documentation (15%)
Measures of success: Forecast accuracy, accurate and up-to-date CRM data
Partners with SDR Leadership to provide forecasts monthly, quarterly and annually for the SDR team
Partners with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure accuracy of data and to identify opportunities within the CRM and other prospecting tools
Collaborates with the team to identify and assess gaps; provides insight and knowledge on how to progress opportunities
What you'll bring:
Minimum of 1 year experience in SDR Management
College or University Degree in a related field
Aptitude for people management and coaching
Inside Sales or use of Marketing Automation tools an asset
Experience in a technology field is preferred; passion for solving business problems with technology is a must.
Domain expertise is preferred
