Join a Homegrown Success Story Making Global Impact
Based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Dizolve is transforming the way the world cleans — one sustainable innovation at a time. As a proudly Canadian company and a rising leader in green manufacturing, we’re proving that you can build cleaner, smarter products without compromising on quality.
If you're passionate about sustainability, driven to optimize and innovate, and excited to see your ideas move from lab to production floor, this is your chance to be part of something big.
The Role
As a Process/ Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in scaling our impact. This is more than just a job — it’s a career opportunity for someone early in their engineering journey who’s ready to contribute to meaningful projects, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and grow into a key technical expert in a fast-moving, values-driven environment.
Whether your background is in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or another engineering discipline, if you’re a curious problem-solver with 1–3 years of experience and an interest in manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
In this hybrid process and project role, you’ll work cross-functionally to drive improvements, optimize systems, and bring new ideas to life — from concept through to implementation.
Supporting the commercialization of new products, scaling from lab to full production.
Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across plant processes.
Working closely with operations to optimize production lines and troubleshoot issues.
Participating in CAPEX and special project work to introduce new equipment and technologies.
Collaborating with R&D, quality, and production teams to implement new materials and methods.
Analyzing data to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and quality gains.
Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met or exceeded.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
We’re looking for someone eager to learn and ready to grow. You don’t need decades of experience — just the drive to make a difference.
A degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
A passion for process optimization, hands-on problem solving, and continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Comfort managing both day-to-day process support and longer-term projects.
Willingness to be hands-on and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
At Dizolve, we believe in the potential of passionate and innovative individuals. If you're excited about continuous improvement and engineering but don't meet every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply. We value diverse experiences and are committed to finding the right person to join our team and make an impact.
