Our client, one of the leaders in the Wealth Management Industry, is looking for a Bilingual (English/French) Investment Operations Specialist to help support their corporate office located in the Markham, ON area on a hybrid basis.
Please note - this role requires the qualified candidate to work in office in the Markham area - twice a week.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Assisting the team with processing, withdrawals, transfers, contributions and validate legislative rules;
Administrating RESP accounts and RRIF accounts, including set up and payout of minimums;
Conducting special processing for Estates, Home Buyers, LLP, Marriage Breakdown, Court Orders, etc.
Recurring Events set up and ongoing support (PAC, SWIP);
Reconciling Control Accounts and manage assigned reports;
Responding to client service inquires related to registered products;
Supporting and participating in process improvement, products enhancement and development testing;
Supporting and participating in projects and industry initiatives;
Assisting the manager with review and research of escalations and system issues;
Assisting the manager with gathering and monitoring team metrics; and
Performing other duties as assigned
Must Have Experience/Skills:
6+ Months of Experience processing Registered Products (Contributions, Withdrawals, Deposits, Payouts - RRSP, TFSA, RESP, etc.)
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
Must be 100% Bilingual in English and French (Written and Verbal)
