You are proactive and hands-on, highly organized with keen attention to detail, and capable of juggling multiple tasks. With a creative and inquisitive mindset, you will contribute to the ideation of campaigns that inspire action and will be a master of campaign execution. You excel at building strong relationships and translating internal stakeholder requests into clear marketing briefs and detailed requirements that lead to actionable marketing plans. You emphasize measurement and analytics, diving into KPIs to ensure campaigns meet business objectives. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently demonstrating a growth mindset to contribute positively to our overall success. What You'll Do: Support the execution and launch of multi-channel campaigns, including the creation and management of detailed workback schedules, stakeholder feedback/approval cycles, organizing and tracking the delivery of campaign assets for agency and/or platform partners. Give specific, clear, and concise instructions to internal and external service teams (such as creative and content services, agencies, vendors, etc.) through marketing briefs, campaign requirements, and technical specifications. Maintain detailed records of all campaign tracking parameters (UTMs) and perform end-to-end testing prior to campaign launch. Create, monitor and distribute lead tracking reports for ongoing campaigns to campaign owners and stakeholders. Execute email campaigns from requesting lists from our analytics team and develop email templates using Stensul (an email creation tool designed for marketing users), solicit and apply stakeholder feedback, perform testing/QA and coordinate with internal teams for deployment against the established timeline. Receive, verify and enter invoices promptly into our accounting systems and maintain the marketing budget tracker for monthly reconciliation. Work closely with the analytics teams to request detailed customer lists for CRM email marketing campaigns and post-campaign reporting analysis. Regularly monitor Google reviews and social media comments and provide timely and customer-friendly responses suitable for public viewing. Support the Director with project management and stakeholder engagement for strategic projects and initiatives that improve and enhance marketing operations and efficiency. Perform administrative tasks on behalf of the marketing team to coordinate and book meetings with external and internal teams or vendors/partners, arrange for printing of marketing assets and collateral as well as shipping of materials for events and conferences. Act as a gatekeeper for all incoming marketing requests, enter them into the project tracker system and act as a point of contact for all tactical creative requests. Desired Attributes: Highly organized, with a strong understanding of end-to-end project accountabilities, managing timelines and budgets with meticulous record-keeping. Intuitive, asking great questions and quickly uncovering pain points and channel conflict. Self-starter and proactive, thinking several steps ahead, anticipating potential outcomes, and making things happen with limited direction. Pragmatic, focusing on business and revenue impact.
