Technical Skills:Enterprise Architecture: Expertise in implementing enterprise architecture frameworks.Integration: Experience with API management, middleware, and integration platforms.Data Management: Proficiency in data modelling, data warehousing, and big data technologies.DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing system performance and scalability.Security: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices in the banking sector.
Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable and secure banking architectures that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.Lead the development of architecture frameworks for core banking systems, digital payments, and omni-channel banking solutions.Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to translate business objectives into strategic technology initiatives.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance banking operations and customer experiences.Ensure seamless integration of banking systems with digital channels, payment gateways, and third-party services.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in banking technology.Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards and security protocols.Document and present architectural solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking solutions, and payment processing.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDisclaimer
