Collaborate with engineers in the team, product manager and cross-functional teams (development, data science, product management) to understand requirements and test objectives for AI-driven features. Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and detailed testing procedures focused on validating functionality, performance, and security of AI components. Perform routine manual and possibly automated testing to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of AI functionalities. Document and report any bugs, issues, or performance concerns, working closely with developers to facilitate prompt resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback to enhance testing practices and QA processes. Participate in training sessions and workshops to build expertise in AI technologies and testing methodologies. What do you need to succeed? A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related fields (or equivalent practical experience) Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies; prior QA experience or related projects (e.g., internships, academic projects) are a plus but not required. An interest in AI, machine learning, and digital innovation, with a desire to learn and develop technical skills in a dynamic environment. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed early in the development cycle. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse technical and business domains.
