The Workday Finance Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliable, ongoing performance of the ERP system. Key Functions: • Providing technical support to system users within Finance, diagnosing and resolving issues. • Configure & maintain Workday Financials in cooperation with business stakeholders to support established finance processes, operational requirements and business objectives. • Assist with monitoring system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. This may include running of reports for validations and checks as defined by Finance teams for system governance. • Support the testing & communication of bi-annual Workday releases, emphasizing the identification of changes that would potentially impact existing business processes and the introduction new features that would benefit the business. • Aid with onboarding and training new Finance users and super-users. • Fulfill change requests for updating system configuration of financial reporting hierarchies, attributes and controls to existing Finance processes. • Coordinate changes, enhancements and maintenance of system with other system administrators and super users in accordance with overall business strategy & established system governance practices. • Administer issue tracking, change requests, and assist with auditor requests as related to ERP system. • Participate in ERP system rolls out as part of potential business acquisitions or divestitures. • other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. • 2-5 years’ of work experience required with Workday ERP Administrator experience. • Functional and technical knowledge of Workday FIN and Administrative modules. • Must have relevant education in Business/Finance/IT. • Ability to work with complex systems and a strong understanding of system processes and configurations. • Sharp problem-solving skills and eager to solve issues. • Must be able to manage efficiently in a high-pressure environment. • Have attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work in a team and with colleagues across different departments. • Experience in integrating data from multiple systems is an asset. • Excellent oral and written communications skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Workday certified in one or more domain is an asset.
