The role applies comprehensive business and technical skills to assist in improving service offerings and providing insights driven reporting to drive the Shared Services model. The role makes decisions on their own work methods to prepare schedules for work activities, monitoring work progress, responding to changing priorities, adjusting work schedules accordingly and resolving obstacles. The role exercises independent judgement within defined procedures, meeting with the business to document business requirements, performing analysis, designing reports and ensuring they maximize operational efficiency. How you'll succeed Requirements Gathering - Work with multiple stakeholders to understand processes, analyze gaps and design solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills required, both written and verbal, to identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency of processes within Shared Services. Innovation & Automation - Leverage automation to implement innovative solutions. Show a keen interest in researching and learning new and innovative technologies/approaches. Point of contact to introduce useful tools to the Shared Service team. Relationship Management - Maintain professional relationships with multiple partners and clients through excellent interpersonal skills. Communicate proactively with colleagues to plan and organize work across stakeholders. Governance & Reporting - Leverage the Shared Services Governance model, provide data analysis and insightful reporting using tools such as Power BI Who you are You can demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in Business analysis, process improvement, gathering business requirements and have an understanding of technology.
