In this role, you will spend time supporting Project Director of Delivery Effectiveness on various tasks to support continuous improvement of projects management throughout the overall team. This includes developing, managing, and tracking tools used by the Delivery community and, and escalating issues when necessary. Part of your time will be building presentation material, tracking progress of strategic projects in the portfolio, and making recommendations on the same. You may even get to work on the financial side of the strategic portfolio management by tracking key performance indicators, efficiency indicators and making recommendations. You will be a critical support to the Canadian Banking PMO and Delivery community. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Project Coordination & Executive Presentations - Support your Director throughout all priority tasks. Develop, manage, and control Portfolio executive reporting monthly, escalating issues when necessary. Tracking & Reporting - Track key performance indicators, and efficiency roadmap initiatives. Project Financials - Track and reconcile financials ensuring resolution of anomalies. Update and reconcile ongoing estimates, make recommendations, and escalate when necessary.
