Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior MS Dynamics 365 Consultant with a minimum of 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (both Online and On-Premises). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM customization, integration, and administration, with a strong background in .NET technologies, SQL Server, and Azure services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust security models and Out-of-the-Box configurations in Dynamics 365.Develop and customize Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, JavaScript, and Forms.Perform CRM Administration and manage system performance and upgrades.Utilize C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, CRM SDK, and Developer Toolkit for custom development.Design and develop SSRS/SSIS packages and implement data-tier components.Integrate MS CRM with third-party systems using KingswaySoft, REST APIs, OData, and SSIS.Leverage Azure Functions, Service Bus, Power Apps, and Power Automate for system integrations.Set up and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM deployments using standard tools.Collaborate with business analysts to clarify requirements and deliver optimal solutions.Lead and participate in analysis, coding, testing, and quality assurance processes.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with MS Dynamics 365 and earlier versions.Strong command of C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and CRM SDK.Expertise in CRM customization, integration, and administration.Experience with Azure services and Power Platform tools.Solid understanding of DevOps practices in cloud environments.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and drive solutions.Nice to Have:Experience with Power Apps Portals.Hands-on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD) customization and deployment.Experience in migrating Dynamics and USD configurations.Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.

- He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.
- His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
