Understands the RBC Brand Strategy, businesses and regional priorities and ensures they are reflected in marketing and sponsorships activities Demonstrates an understanding of RBC business segments and how to align marketing and sponsorship assets and activations to support them. Plan, coordinate and manage national and regional sponsorships with multiple stakeholders Sets brand and/or business objectives for all sponsorship activations to ensure they can be properly measured and reported on. Ensures branding consistency and brand awareness for all activations Uses a variety of metrics and methodologies to measure progress of sponsorship and marketing activities against objectives. Support Sr Marketing Manager in day-to-day campaigns development and execution including agency relation, creative coordination, and approval In coordination with the Regional Communication Manager, develops social media and content marketing strategies and tactics to build brand consideration, provide timely advice and enhance awareness and engagement of regional sponsorship and citizenship activities Makes needed adjustments to timelines, steps, and resource allocation to ensure the best outcomes are me What do you need to succeed? Must-have At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, sponsorship, social media, and advertising agency experience Quebec-based experience in all marketing disciplines including sponsorship, social media content and digital Strong ability to work in a collaborative way across the organization. Analytical, detail-oriented nature with experience using numbers to deliver marketing insights and action Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada What's in it for you?
