Why You’ll Love Working Here: • Key HR role with impact across recruitment, performance, and employee engagement • Opportunity to build strong relationships and support career development at all levels • Involvement in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives • Culture that values professionalism, responsiveness, and collaboration • Competitive benefits and professional development opportunities • Safe, climate-controlled working environment What You’ll Be Doing: • Provide employee counseling and performance feedback support to supervisors and staff • Assist in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations • Manage benefit administration, including disability claims, pension programs, and WSIB cases • Coordinate recruitment activities, including prescreening, interviewing, and reporting • Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation • Support training initiatives, update training matrix, and track employee development • Oversee temporary staffing and manage hours worked • Coordinate performance management processes and employee reviews • Maintain monthly headcounts, KPIs, employee reports, and agency staffing logs • Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO/IATF quality standards • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement programs What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; post-diploma or equivalent experience accepted • 2–4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment • CHRP certification required; CHRL considered an asset • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience with Ceridian or Workday HRIS systems • Prior HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting • Demonstrated success managing performance and training programs • Fluency in both written and verbal communications at all levels How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We can’t wait to meet you!
