Job Summary Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Your happy-place is wrapped up in a spreadsheet with a burning desire to share scores, metrics, KRIs, and KPIs, with a side-order of commentary to explain the data. The successful candidate for this role knows how to translate numbers into stories and how to share those stories in clean, crisp reports. You will be our first alert on any emerging risks and the first point of contact for Risk Managers looking to interpret and incorporate disaster recovery metrics for an enterprise view of current risk. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Produce regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly DR metrics and compliance reports. Create and maintain a Metrics Dictionary to define KRIs and KPIs. Validate the content of reports to ensure we are reporting correct information. Provide commentary to forestall questions about any breach or non-compliance numbers. Monitor dashboard reports to identify actionable items and inconsistent information. Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners. Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes. Contribute to ongoing administrative program activities as required. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project. Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities. A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry. Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Nice-to-have: Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses What’s in it for you?
