Work Flexibility: Field-based What You Will Do: As a Territory Manager, you will focus on developing customer relationships to enhance loyalty and drive growth. You will achieve assigned quotas by adopting a consultative approach to hospital sales, marketing, clinical demonstrations, and related activities for all hospital products and programs. These include LIFEPAK monitor/defibrillators, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), LUCAS Chest Compression Systems, LIFENET System, HeartSine AEDs, ProCare Services, and Flex Financial Services. Key Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed sales targets through prospecting new clients and managing existing customer relationships. Engage with hospital staff and decision-makers, including private and municipal ambulance services, fire departments, police, volunteer hospital services, and other market customers to improve patient outcomes and increase market share. Utilize tools to analyze sales within the territory and develop strategies to close business and maximize growth. Prepare forecasts for yearly, quarterly, and monthly business. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide excellent post-sale customer service, including communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs. Maintain compliant customer records, including quarterly market share updates. Actively participate in national, regional, and local trade shows. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
