We’re looking for a Revenue Incentive Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of how incentives are operationalized—from Salesforce dashboards to rep payouts and stakeholder communications. You’ll be the central connection between Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Customer Success (CS) when it comes to variable compensation.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers, processes, and people. You’ll help us run fair, scalable, and well-documented compensation programs while making sure reps and execs alike trust the data and the decisions behind it.

Your Impact
Owning Variable Incentives: Manage the full variable compensation cycle for the revenue organization—from eligibility, calculation, and tracking to dispute resolution. Own and maintain commission dashboards and reports in Salesforce (with RevOps support). Ensure timely, accurate payouts aligned with policy and documented workflows.
Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track incentive performance and attainment. Provide recurring and ad hoc reports for Finance and Leadership (forecasting, accruals, simulations). Use Excel & Google Sheets for modeling, back-of-the-napkin analysis, or payout validation.
Stakeholder Support: Serve as the first point of contact for all incentive-related questions or disputes from Sales, CS, and others. Partner cross-functionally with Finance and RevOps to ensure data accuracy and payout alignment. Communicate clearly and proactively—especially during payout cycles or plan updates.
Plan Execution & Design: Support the ongoing evolution of our compensation plans with operational models, documentation, and workflows. Offer feedback on incentive effectiveness and fairness, spotting areas for improvement. Maintain airtight documentation on plan rules, exceptions, and decision log.
Your Qualifications
Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience in commissions, revenue operations, or analytical support roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Salesforce fluency: Strong understanding of Salesforce reports/dashboards (admin skills a bonus, not required).
Excel & Data Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel/Sheets — comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets.
Detail-Oriented Execution: Strong attention to detail and follow-through—you triple-check your work.
Clear & Tactical Communicator: Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex logic simply and tactfully.
Empathy & Service Mindset: A service-oriented mindset and empathy for reps navigating their commissions.
Ownership & Drive: Comfortable owning your work independently and driving continuous improvement.
