What you'll do
Lead the compliance and advisory needs for a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses with US operations.
Respond to IRS and state-level inquiries and guide clients through complex US tax issues.
Collaborate with the cross-border personal tax team on integrated planning strategies.
Mentor junior staff, build their confidence, and shape their technical and leadership growth.
Establish, improve, and streamline internal processes—your ideas will drive how we work.
Actively manage WIP, profitability, and workflow deadlines to keep the team and projects moving.
Take the lead on client communications, project planning, and identifying new opportunities for the division’s growth.
You'll thrive here if you:
Are a CPA (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in US corporate tax and 1+ year at the Manager/reviewer level.
Want clarity and consistency but also the flexibility to do your best work your way.
Are ready to step into more leadership, mentoring staff, owning your client files, and guiding a team with care and confidence.
Bring fresh ideas and an open mind to help refine and scale our division.
Enjoy solving complex tax puzzles and navigating evolving US tax rules with curiosity and precision.
