Your Role: The Enterprise Applications Delivery Team is looking for a creative, highly skilled and talented Atlassian Administrator with strong Subject Matter Expertise for our downtown Toronto or Montreal Office location. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Delivery, you will be responsible to help the Enterprise Application Delivery team manage the Atlassian Cloud Platform. The goal is to evolve and support the platform, maintain its integrity and security, deliver new functionality and improve usability for end-users. How will you make an impact? As the Atlassian Cloud Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for: Management and administration of the Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, Service Management) for multiple teams from different business units. Maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and users. Develop / manage common and custom JIRA Project configurations. Develop advanced configurations using various add-ons and plugins for Jira and Confluence. Develop / maintain wiki sites in Confluence to support a knowledge base on tools usage. Create Confluence spaces for teams and projects. Develop advanced configurations using various add-ons and plugins for Jira and Confluence. Interface with Atlassian Premier Support to manage overall platform health and performance issues. Identify value-add plug-ins and manage the process for testing, acquiring, and integrating the new add-ons. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve development constraints and deployment issues related to Atlassian suite. Provide support for the business analysis and technology/business integration efforts. Integrate JIRA and Confluence with other applications (i.e Google, Lucidchart, Solarwinds etc.). What you bring to our team Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience: Creating custom workflows, fields, Conditions, validators, post-transitions, and other project components in Jira. Creating dashboards, give access permissions, administer the tool. creating new projects, collaborating with business users and IT users to help with the tool. Basic knowledge of Jira REST API. In-depth knowledge of Atlassian Cloud Platform. Keen interest in agile methodologies (SCRUM certification is an asset). Desired Skills Familiarity with current trends and industry best practices. Self-starter with strong ability to lead through influence. Strong communication and coaching skills. Excellent team player. Analytical mind and open-minded approach to problem solving. Creative and Innovative. Ability to multitask and deal with concurrent and/or conflicting priorities. Ability to work with remote teams. Atlassian Certified Expert in Jira Administration for Cloud and in managing Jira Projects for Cloud. Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
