Temporary position for 6 months As a financial services assitant, you are responsible for providing personalized service and support to affluent and high-net-worth clients. You work with the advisors to identify and meet the financial services needs of members and clients in the specialized wealth management networks. More specifically, you maintain close relationships with members and clients by becoming the go-to person when they need specific information for their day-to-day banking or to conduct day-to-day financial transactions. You also play a key role in supporting the advisors by carrying out transactional or operational activities related to the financial services offer. You create offers for routine financial transactions and sales support based on the needs and expectations of affluent clients and high net worth clients. You show them how to interact with Desjardins's tools and channels, and equip them to use the method of their choice, encouraging self-sufficiency and the use of automated operations. More specifically, you will be required to: Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs. Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and propose personalized and effective solutions that meets their needs and expectations. Seize business opportunities and provide personalized advice for optimal business development. Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings and follow up on member and client requests. Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations. Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions and equip them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred method. Help manage the advisor's agenda and emails. Acquire and cultivate a good knowledge and understanding of Desjardins products and services and competitors' offers.
