THE ROLE
As a Client Solutions Director and a client leader, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding clients’ business issues and goals and the successful delivery of marketing/media services, specifically within our Amazon (retail media) business unit. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding clients’ business issues and goals, becoming the trusted “go to person” for clients, acting as a subject matter expert both internally and externally on the Amazon ads ecosystem. You’ll succeed if you’re a natural leader, have exceptional communication and organizational skills, and are a creative problem solver with an instinct to use data.
What You Will Do:
Utilize your experience in digital media channels for maximum impact, specifically within the retail media network
Act as a senior point of contact for assigned client portfolio, with accountability for client success; interface with client leadership regularly, leading discussions with executive leadership
Partner with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints, and build digital strategies to address these areas
Be accountable for the successful delivery of marketing/media services for assigned client(s), interfacing regularly with key client contacts
Directly lead a team of Associate Directors, Managers and Analysts, and provide strategic guidance across Kepler’s functional teams
Be a strategic expert on digital media planning, tactics and measurement -- leading the team (internal and client) through media planning, tactic selection, partner negotiation, campaign design, ad ops and measurement
Work closely with other Kepler team members to design and execute sophisticated programs that deliver breakthrough client results
Desired Skills and Experience:
8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand management
Experience leading cross-functional teams, both directly and indirectly
4+ years experience in Amazon Sponsored ads and DSP, and/or similar retail media network experience is required
Strategic planning experience within retail media and managing performance media campaigns on Amazon
Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis, as well as retail media tools (Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, etc.)
Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges
Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans program execution, analysis, and client communications
Excellent listening and communication skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment

Total Compensation (in CAD):
Base Salary: $125,900 - $145,000
Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 10% ($12,500 - $14,500)
Target Total Cash: $137,500- $159,500
