Job Description: The Sr Product Specialist leads sales activities for Cell Culture Cell Therapy & Supplements business units in the NY/East Midwest/East Canada sales territory. This position is essential in identifying fresh opportunities, accelerating sales, and maintaining current business partnerships to ensure seamless and natural growth. Applying your demonstrated sales acumen and market awareness, you will engage with customers through in-person meetings, teleconferences, and email exchanges. Key Responsibilities: Hunt for new opportunities within the assigned territory using our diverse product portfolio Drive existing funnel opportunities to accelerate closure rates Develop and implement a detailed territory plan independently Apply intelligence-based prospecting to identify potential opportunities Prioritize NPI prospects to improve adoption rates and revenue return Act on marketing-qualified leads, converting them swiftly into new opportunities Collaborate with and influence Bioproduction Account Managers and Field Application Specialists to develop account growth strategies Qualify prospects and manage technical meetings to thoroughly complete Product Briefs Establish relationships with key decision-makers Initiate product evaluations, coordinating activities with BAM and FAS Identify GEMBA opportunities and coordinate event activities Assist with strategy development and execution for sales and account planning Attend technical visits to manufacturing and R&D sites Serve as a trusted advisor for key contacts within accounts Provide post-sales product support and resolve product performance complaints Maintain and improve technical knowledge on assigned product lines Counter customer preferences for competitor products Foster the voice of customer feedback to the Business Units Requirements: Bachelors Degree in the Sciences is required 5 plus years of Sales experience in the Life Sciences or Bioproduction Industry, or Bench experience in the Bioproduction Space Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $102,200.00–$153,350.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
