MetCap Living Management Inc. has an immediate opening for a Property Accountant at our Downtown Toronto office.
Position: Performance (KPI) Program Administrator
Reports to: Receivables Analysist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Resident & Operation Relations:
Liaison by phone, email or issuing letters to all Residents for the purpose of increasing Key Performance Indicators as set out by MetCap Management Team and Clients
Manage calls and email boxes for various programs from MetCap Staff, Tenants and Providers.
Conduct weekly strategy sessions with Operations team, Performance Analyst. Analyst and Management receives to develop programs to exceed Key Performance Indicators.
Conduct onsite meetings with MetCap Staff and tenant to implement programs
Reporting:
Pull and prepare weekly and monthly reporting regarding programs performance.
Reporting for all communications with residence.
Work with Performance Analyst to compile statistical summary reporting and presentations monthly, quarterly, and when required by Management.
Audit resident files as requested by Management.
Ad hoc reporting as required.
Administration:
Document, maintain Resident files in all MetCap’s data systems and modules.
Prepare Resident Legal files for court cases for enforcement programs related to Key Performance indicators.
Prepare and Issue letters related to programs and campaigns
Scanning and Document Management
Other:
Manage incentive programs to encourage insurance penetration, portal registrations, when required.
Special Projects as assigned by Management.
Assist with training and team coverage for absences.
Requirements:
Post-Secondary Education required, preferably business administration or property management, or equivalent work experience.
More than one year up to three years of job-related experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Including the ability to perform mail mergers.
Experience with Yardi, Property Vista and Rent Café is an asset.
Ability to interpret contracts, as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Management.
Strong organizational, coordination and documentation skills with the ability to multi-task
Knowledge of the principles and practices related to tenancy management including legal (Landlord and Tenant Board) and Residential Tenancies Act.
Ability to work as a team or independently.
Must be available to work in the office.
License and car an asset, as there is traveling required.
