What You'll Be Doing Perform routine and specialized testing on construction materials to ensure compliance with quality standards Accurately document and report test results to support production and quality assurance Assist in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and tools Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment What Are We Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow procedures and accurately record data Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methods and technologies Work Environment This position involves working in both laboratory and field settings, including exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and noise.
