We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) within our dynamic marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end campaign management from strategy to execution, including partner and stakeholder management and performance analysis. You will lead marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at creating awareness of Medcan's products and services, drive demand (lead) generation, increase client engagement and product adoption, while contributing to our overall client retention strategies. With a broad scope of “go-to-market” we are looking for a very strong marketing generalist; however, demonstrated expertise in the digital space including Social Media Marketing, SEM/SEO, and Email Marketing are a key function within this role. You excel at using data to identify key consumer segments and create personalized marketing strategies for different audiences across various channels. You are hands-on and proactive, creating and managing campaigns that inspire action. With a strong focus on measurement and analytics, you delve into KPIs to ensure campaigns achieve business objectives. You are adept at translating internal stakeholder requests and turning business problems into clear marketing objectives and actionable plans. What You'll Do: Develop integrated, omni-channel campaigns and GTM plans across all channels (including but not limited to digital & social media, email, traditional media, events etc.) that drive full-funnel activity. Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to intake and understand new initiatives, product launches, and expanded service offerings, and in turn, develop a robust marketing plan to achieve the desired results. Write clear and accurate marketing briefs to outline all deliverables and objectives for agency partners and internal creative & content team(s). Lead Medcan’s organic social media strategy across all major platforms including content planning and ideation, copy/creative development, publishing and measurement. Manage email marketing activities that support CRM programs including client onboarding, product announcements, lead-warming and nurture campaigns, cross-sell, up-sell and retention to engage clients at different stages of their lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the design and development of client communications including automated email journeys based on data triggers and defined logic, using marketing technology to enhance client experience and drive marketing efficiency and speed to market. Measure and present ongoing performance metrics of GTM campaigns and programs, tying marketing results to business impact (sales, revenue, churn etc.) and key insights. Build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, agency partners, external vendors and industry professionals. Effectively use project management tools and best practices to develop timelines, track deliverables, manage project team resources and stakeholders, and meet in-market dates. Hire, coach and develop a Campaign Specialist direct report, responsible for supporting GTM activities including all tactical elements of the campaign set-up process and execution. What You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business (marketing and/or communications focus preferred) or other relevant areas of study. Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience with a focus on marketing, communications or related functions Significant depth of knowledge and proven experience in marketing and multi-channel communications, and measurement Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution across digital ads, display, search, social media, email, and other marketing channels, with an understanding of KPIs to optimize performance. Demonstrated proficiency in lead management best practices, and a thorough understanding of the workflow required to capture, convert, and measure leads aligned with business objectives and financial metrics. Strong business acumen, including principles of Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Project Management, and Operations. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, able to partner and influence to drive projects to completion. Strong preference for proficiency in tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana (or equivalent), Sprout Social or native social media platforms (META, LinkedIn) and experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
