Shifts are available Saturdays and Sundays during the day time. Working as a team of two with the possibility of working solo if desired. Typically 8-12 hours per shift for a team of two, flexible start time. $23 an hour This job is physically demanding with frequent bending, kneeling and squatting. As a commercial cleaning specialist at Live in Comfort Cleaning, you will primarily be responsible for providing professional cleaning services to commercial/office properties. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing all designated areas including bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, offices, showrooms, shops, and all common areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors as required.
- Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
- Restocking supplies and notifying management when additional inventory is required.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and adhering to all safety regulations.
- Following all given instructions, guidelines, and schedules provided by the supervisor or client.7. Safely operating a company vehicle to and from job sites may be required.8. Safely operating an automatic floor scrubber machine as needed.9. Use of a 2-step step stool as needed to perform regular duties if unable to reach from the floor.
