What You'll Do: Provider Experience Work: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Provider Experience Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Ensure back-end compliance paperwork is regularly maintained for all physicians, including accreditation and mandatory training (e.g., compliance training, updated physician bios, module(s) completion as part of the annual reappointment process, etc). Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the experience for physicians and clients. Monitor and ensure an optimal end-to-end physician experience—from onboarding to ongoing engagement—using customer satisfaction insights to drive satisfaction and retention. Create and maintain central repository of all clinical team members. Track/document physician career progression, including succession planning, physician patient roster/ schedule updates, and key role changes. Provide clear performance insights by reporting on surplus/deficit metrics (e.g., patient vs. physician capacity analysis), aligning with budget goals and enhancing the physician experience. Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to support the development of key resources, including a successful documentation to guide physician engagement and performance. Coordinate physician annual engagement survey results by identifying trends and common themes, and collaborating with the CMO, HR, and other key stakeholders to make recommendations for enhancing engagement levels. Document and maintain key records for overall physician success: Maintain comprehensive records and monitor the progress across all clinical programs such as updates to Membership programs, for example Dedicated Care Program (Medcan’s concierge family medicine program). Assist in organizing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to physician operations. Build/draft communication and change management plans to help with the successful implementation of key initiatives. Support learning and development via CME (Continuing Medical Education) and engagement activities: Partner with Medcan’s CMO and physician leads to support regular CME sessions and collaborative events (through scheduling events, publishing invites, coordinating with speakers, facilitating event logistics). Partner with Medcan’s CMO and L&D Director to support the annual Live Well CME event. Support the coordination of ad hoc specialized program events. What You'll Need: 2+ years experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare corporate setting. Education in Health Sciences or related degree preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a full-time position primarily scheduled between Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm. This is a hybrid position with both on-site at our downtown Toronto office and remote based workdays.
