POSITION: Scheduling & Office Production Assistant
REPORTS TO: Production Manager
Role Profile
Full time responsibility to enhance the service experience for our Builder Partners and Dealers when choosing Timber Tech Truss as a preferred EWP and Truss supplier. To assist the production team through effective and continual communication. Assist with increasing efficiency of procedures and process flow through the production process.
Position Description
Coordinate deliveries and customer pick ups in a timely and organized fashion
Update Builder Partners on any significant schedule changes
Assist Production Manager when required
Prepare Yard and Delivery site packages
Upload delivery photos using Motive and Mitek Management
Work with Sales on a regular basis, communicating builder requests and issues
Coordinate internal transfers between company locations when necessary
Communicate with the Fleet supervisor on Truck Maintenance
Keeping detailed notes within Management when delivery dates are changed
Requirements
