Our IT Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for an experienced individual who can fill a permanent, full-time Senior Business Analyst role enabling Digital Platforms. What you will do: Actively participate in Agile Scrum practices such as daily standups, backlog refinement, planning and sprint retrospectives. Learn our technical stack and our systems by applying changes to each of them. These systems include all tools in M365 including Copilot, SharePoint Online and Power Platform. Support the usage of AI tools such Copilot, ChatGPT and others. Work directly with vendors to proactively gain knowledge of any upcoming changes or troubleshoot issues Work closely with business partners to understand their processes/requirements and propose most suitable solutions. Support/train key stakeholders on use of M365 features and changes. Quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new concepts and technologies. Leading development of testing (automated/manual) strategy and improve technical safety for our portfolio Develop standards, patterns, and practices to improve business processes and systems in the organization. Ensuring documentation is developed, maintained; and knowledge is transferred among your team and others in your department. Proactively communicate critical changes being implemented to other teams within department. Resolve complex production issues spanning multiple systems and technologies. Design, develop, and build application technologies, in accordance with design standards and business requirements. Peer review code and configuration built by team members to ensure operational integrity of application tools/technologies is maintained. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management or related and 7 or more years’ experience in a related role Passionate about the M365 Suite of tools, and able to speak to all the components within. Have strong knowledge of PowerPlatforms, include PowerAutomate and PowerBI Have experience with AI Tools, such as Copilot and ChatGPT. Understand Governance and Operating models for the safe and efficient delivery of M365 services (PowerApps, Copilot Agents) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to take end-to-end ownership. Professionalism, integrity, strong quantitative skills, as well as the ability to prioritize assignments and work within a team are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required including 3-5 years’ experience with Azure DevOps. Excellent knowledge of software development, SaaS based applications, configuration vs. customization Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure Experience with DevOps work would be considered an asset.
