Apply today, we'd love to hear from you!#joinourteam What You Will Do: Execute capital construction projects (pipelines, stations, facilities) by project managing through maintaining and developing project deliverables, such as project schedule, project cost control, and field execution and coordination. Monitor field activities to support safety, quality, and schedule compliance; flag issues to senior team members. Help prepare construction documents including scopes of work, cost estimates, and basic construction work packages. Coordinate communication with contractors, field inspectors, and internal stakeholders to support project execution. Participate in pre-construction readiness efforts, such as verifying material availability, reviewing permit statuses, and contributing to construction kickoff planning. Attend field progress meetings and site visits to observe construction work and capture follow-up actions. Support tracking of project costs and contractor performance; assist in documenting and reporting progress. Assist in construction closeout activities, including compiling documentation, lessons learned, and project turnover materials. Work closely with the Safety and Quality teams to uphold a strong safety culture and promote continuous improvement. Who You Are: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field with up to 2 years of previous co-op or full-time experience in construction, field support, or project coordination. Eligible for registration or currently registered as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT). Familiarity with basic construction and project management concepts (e.g., scheduling, budgeting, work breakdown structures). Exposure to energy, utility, or infrastructure environments is an asset. Basic understanding of safety and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA, CSA, or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with scheduling or project tracking tools (MS Project, Primavera) is an asset. Willingness to travel to active project sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting construction projects for pipelines, compressor or meter stations, or similar assets. Exposure to construction document control or contractor coordination. Interest in pursuing PMP, CET, GPI, or P.Eng. designation. Experience working in a field-oriented or safety-sensitive environment.
