About the job Position Title: Cash Logistics Business Analyst Reports to: Business Solutions Manager – Cash Logistics Location: Remote - Canada Position Overview The Cash Logistics Business Analyst, Canadian Head Office will report to the Program Manager – Cash Logistics. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for day-to-day functional management and reconciliation as well as other Cash Logistics processes, including but limited to the points below: Responsibilities (Percent of Time) Manage and reconcile the records and liaise with stakeholders as necessary. (30%) Investigate issues and co-ordinate remedial action, minimising any potential loss to Brink’s. (10%) Analyze technical components and the impact on Cash Logistics operations (5%) Collecting/documenting processes required for Cash Logistics standardization and training (50%) Escalation point of contact for Brink’s Cash Logistics Canada-wide. (5%) Participate in other Cash Logistics projects Position Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/Accounting qualifications desired High analytical skills for balancing, reconciliation, and reporting Complete understanding of Cash Logistics, with a focus on balance and reconciliation - essential Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Good interpersonal skills Advanced level user of Microsoft Office programs Strategic thinking and analytical ability High degree of attention to detail accuracy Ensuring compliance and quality control Customer focus oriented 5 years’ experience in a Cash Logistics environment with focus on change management Performing research and analysis as required Prepare ad?hoc reporting and assist with special projects as requested Performance Driven - The willingness to assume personal ownership and accountability Identify & communicate risks in a timely manner Sense of Urgency - The ability to proactively sense, and take action, with problems and opportunities Environment: Professional Office, Domestic Travel (50%), International Travel (10%) Position Type: Full-time Direct Reports: 0 Indirect Reports: 0 Compensation Elements Qualifications Why Brink’s?
