Synopsis of the Role As part of the Client & Partner Delivery team, you will play a dual role, managing projects to ensure that project activities and timelines are met, while also serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile processes and removing impediments for the development team. This includes identifying critical capabilities, project resources, budgets, and critical path issues, and reporting to project sponsors/project team. You will act as a liaison to project sponsors and key stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed and meet business requirements, while leveraging technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system/technology/validation testing, and implementation planning. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer experience, meet or exceed overall company health index targets, and achieve our business transformation objectives by delivering quality output, meeting timeline commitments, and customer requests. Additionally, you will foster a self-organizing, high-performing team environment, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. What you’ll do Interfacing directly with customers, Sales, and Consultants to determine project requirements and expectations. Interpreting and analyzing customer requirements and designing project criteria and specifications, including but not limited to: attributes, scorecards, special reports, data requirements, delivery requirements, output requirements, and labeling and shipping instructions. Conducting client walkthroughs on Business Requirements, products, output, and output layout. Facilitating connectivity discussions with the customer, IBM, and Technical Equifax contacts. Working across the business to coordinate the successful delivery of all major client projects in line with agreed project plans. Assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. Identifying critical capabilities, project resources, budgets, and critical path issues, and reporting to project sponsors/project team. Ensuring project activities, timelines, and budgets are met. Developing strong, credible working relationships with internal stakeholders, working proactively to provide solutions. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Equifax products and services, together with the market and regulatory conditions in which the company operates. Reviewing agreements, interpreting billing requirements, and capturing pricing information for proper billing of projects. Obtaining billing requirements, ensuring proper and timely billing of completed projects. Investigating and interfacing with all internal groups to resolve client issues, responding to client inquiries/requests, and obtaining information pertinent to projects on hand. Creating and submitting High-Level Estimates to the Pricing Department for custom projects. What experience you need Successful candidates will have 5-9 years of experience in a combination of project management, Scrum Master, and business analysis roles in a fast-paced production environment, with a strong emphasis on client experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical background, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities. In-depth understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, including Scrum. Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, respond to customer needs quickly and effectively, and adapt to change.
