Job Description: About the Role As Floor Manager, you’ll help run the dining room and the Spritz Lounge day-to-day, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences across both spaces. You’ll support team development, solve problems on the go, and help keep front-of-house operations running efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Support daily floor operations and jump in wherever needed Help lead, develop, and motivate front-of-house team members Maintain high service standards and assist in resolving guest, technical and team issues Work closely with kitchen, bar, and hotel teams Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented atmosphere What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (supervisory experience a plus) A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliable and flexible — available for early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends Bonus Points Experience with Toast POS, OpenTable, or Italian cuisine Hotel or boutique restaurant experience Comfortable using Microsoft Office Eager to grow and learn in a fast-paced, professional environment Location: Central Yaletown, Vancouver Type: Full-Time | Hourly Position Compensation: Competitive hourly wage and benefits package Experience Level: Entry to Intermediate Email Your Resume: bewing@capoandspritz.com Why Work With Us?
