As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative (6 Month Contract) at our Richmond location. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing the best customer service to our customers at the Richmond location. Position: Full-Time, Temporary Contract: 6 Months Salary: $42,000/year + up to 10% annual bonus based on performance (prorated for contract length) Schedule: 5 days between Sunday and Friday. 8-hour shifts can vary between 8am-7pm. Duties & Responsibilities: Receive and process orders/credits by telephone, in person, via fax, email, SPS, EDI, sales answering machines Promotion and sales of connected, push or new product Initiate sales by calling existing clients Check inventory for product availability, delivery schedule, and price verification Troubleshoot customer service issues and coordinate between internal departments such as Accounting, Assembly, Outside Sales, Dispatch, Processing or Purchasing for a positive outcome Print pickup slips and invoices Run and sort orders and reports for various internal and external customers/departments Arrange for pickup of orders with correct corresponding paperwork.
