Reporting to the Manager, Business Analytics and Optimization– the Business Process Analyst will be accountable for guiding TCI associates through the re-engineering of existing system processes, with the goal of transforming these processes to ultimately be more efficient, effective and scalable for internal stakeholders. Utilize new data environments and data processing tools to re-engineer existing processes, allowing them to be more efficient, effective and scalable. Expertly integrate tools such as SQL Server, Easy Morph, and Power BI while understanding system capability and limitations. Build and maintain data visualizations, by creating new graphics and visuals based on data processed in individual workflows. Build and maintain automated workflows that can perform data processing for associates. Work with vendors and other external partners such as Toyota Financial Services on customer-facing marketing projects. Gather business requirements from associates (i.e. cataloging the input required for the process, and the output produced by the process via a data process map). Other duties as required. What You’ll Bring: Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline. Exceptional communication, technical and business documentation, and the knowledge of how to facilitate varying learning styles Prior experience (1-3 years) with data modeling, business analysis, process mapping, data analytics, and visualization via Power BI. Prior experience (1-3 years) with Workflow Automation, and ETL (Extract Transform Load) Intermediate level proficiency with Excel. Strong SQL skills Knowledge of Python is an asset.
