As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will build and enhance successful
partnerships, influence internal and external partners, and implement strategic
partnership plans. You will help both large, incumbent technology platforms and
venture-backed technology start-ups, and all who provide native digital
advertising solutions to small businesses, with a variety of projects ranging
from helping partners build entirely new businesses promoting online advertising
to their existing client base to discussing agreements and relationships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 +
bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maximize customer acquisition and business generation through
Google's Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) channel partners.
- Implement processes for managing, engaging, and expanding partnerships.
- Develop account plans with focus towards identifying creative, business
generating initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional team (e.g., Marketing, Sales Developer, Training,
Editorial/Optimization, Product) towards a common goal with specific
partners. Train new partners on how to promote and fulfill Google advertising
products.
- Forecast and report business and other key metrics, including tracking actual
progress toward forecasts. Lead projects focused on the growth of the
program. Speak at relevant industry events as a Google advocate.
