Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the valuation and investment performance of real estate assets,

Perform detailed financial analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis (CCA)

Prepare investment reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management.

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of real estate assets, identify trends, and recommend strategies.Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance, with a focus on real estate valuation and modeling.
