We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our client’s fast-paced media team at a leading marketing agency specializing in entertainment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with approximately 1 year of experience in media planning or coordination who’s eager to grow their skills in both traditional and digital media. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to support the flawless execution of media campaigns across a variety of markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of media plans by gathering rates, availability, and proposals from media vendors.
Help draft and maintain media plans under the guidance of Media Planners and Supervisors.
Coordinate creative trafficking by working directly with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery and placement of assets.
Support campaign execution across offline and online channels by monitoring timelines and deliverables.
Communicate with vendors to place media orders and confirm campaign specs.
Track and reconcile invoices, working with finance and media teams to ensure accurate billing.
Prepare and maintain internal documents including flowcharts, status reports, and campaign summaries.
Compile show packages and campaign results to support client reporting.
Stay organized and responsive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in media planning, buying, or coordination (agency or entertainment experience a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to interact with clients and vendors professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with media planning tools is an asset.
Eager to learn about both traditional (TV, radio, OOH) and digital media (social, programmatic, etc.).
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines.
A team player with a “no task too small” attitude and a passion for media.
