IAM Provisioning Analyst – Cybersecurity
Exciting hybrid role in the insurance industry supporting cybersecurity and IAM provisioning. Contribute to identity lifecycle management, access controls, and audit compliance using tools like SailPoint, Active Directory, and CyberArk. Work 3 days on-site in Markham, including every Wednesday.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the lifecycle of employees, contractors, third-party users, and brokers through onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.
• Perform user administration across systems such as Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP, and business-facing applications.
• Support internal/external IT audit requirements by collecting and reviewing evidence and creating remediation plans.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests in accordance with SLAs.
• Participate in projects related to Access Management and Broker Sanctioning, following the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and enhance procedures to align with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance programs.
• Maintain operational processes supporting Security Policies and audit controls.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate effectively with support teams and translate technical needs for business stakeholders.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent academic certification.
• ITIL and ISC(2) certifications are considered assets.
• 1+ year of experience in Identity and Access Management within a financial or insurance institution.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles: Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties, Confidentiality, and Integrity.
• Experience with access management technologies such as SailPoint, Active Directory, LDAP, IBM Security Access Manager, Privileged Access Management, and CyberArk is an asset.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Exceptional time management and self-motivation, with strong prioritization and task execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with IAM Provisioning Analysts and share knowledge.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive approach to responsibilities.
