Compensation & Wellness Perks • Hourly rate of $40.99 to $49.59 / hr (dependant on experience) • Paid breaks, vacation, sick and flex time • Employee Share Purchase Plan Options • Comprehensive Benefits Package • RRSP Options • Variable Annual Bonus • Overtime & double time hours available • Boot Allowance • Tool Allowance Job Description: Major Job Functions Disassembley and assembly of CAT Used Equipment including (but not limited to): drives, brakes, components Perform a wide variety of equipment repair diagnostics Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET daily Complete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes) Interact with internal and external customers Work with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand on various tasks as required Specific Skills & Experience Journeyperson Red Seal HET certification required Ability to manage time and priorities Valid driver’s license with a successful recent drivers abstract Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail Completion of Finning S-Levels, Failure Analysis, Machine Electronic Controls, or Tier 4 training would be considered an asset Completion of Caterpillar product courses would be considered an asset Previous repair and troubleshooting experience with Caterpillar general line products would be considered an asset Engine and/or component rebuilding experience would be considered an asset Transmission or Hydraulic testing would be considered an asset At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
