This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Collection of advertising accountsMake credit decisions based on company credit policies and proceduresExtract and manipulate data from various sources using Excel functions such as filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and data formattingPrepare and send reconciliations to clients and internal contacts in a clear and concise formatNavigate client web portals to upload data and access necessary informationConduct online background research on clients using various sourcesOrganize and maintain digital filesCommunicate regularly with clients and internal contacts through phone, Outlook and Teams, ensuring messages are clear and professionalIdentify and investigate data discrepancies efficiently, ensuring timely resolutionWork collaboratively with clients and internal teams to resolve conflicts and create effective solutionsPrioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines and manage bring-forward tasks efficientlyKeep management informed of task progress and escalate issues as necessaryEnsure proper handling of confidential data in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standardsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment processing activities.QualificationsMinimum two years customer service experienceMinimum two years credit and collection experience or payment handling experienceIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data extraction, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MATCH, and INDEX functionsStrong general computer skills, including familiarity with web navigation and digital file organizationExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise emailsExperience in accounts receivable or financial reconciliationStrong mathematical skills and financial acumenKnowledge of the media industry (preferred but not required)Works independently while also collaborating effectively with team membersPossess excellent problem-solving skillsThrives in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAdditional InformationAODA
