About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Product team, you will be creating and delivering solutions that use technology to elevate services for complex fund structures.
About the Role:
The Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting Citco’s Institutional Services and ESG Product. This entails analyzing, tracking, coordinating and communicating on assigned tasks across the Business, IT, operations and vendors.
This position requires strong analytical skills with an acumen for understanding data and process flows. Good communication skills to ensure all stakeholders understand priorities, deliverables, timelines and the impact of changes. Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn are a key to success in this role.
Job Duties in Brief:
Develop and manage tactical project plans with the business teams, IT, Product lead.
Deploy execution plans and manage stakeholders as they execute. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Drive creation and adoption of our new products. Support product development and marketing efforts, maintain a list of feature enhancements, liaise with IT to drive development
Support clients during on boarding process
Proactively assess and identify current and long-term opportunities
Take notes on conference calls, prepare action plans based on notes, and follow up on deliverables
About You:
2 – 5 years of work experience in consulting, asset management, client service or product management
Keen learner with an open mind and willingness to learn and discover
Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with analysing data and numbers
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlik and PowerBI would also be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, as well as a high level of organizational ability
Ability to operate independently as a self-starter who works without detailed oversight, but provides appropriate level of communication to management, and can identify risks and escalate in a timely manner.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the following competencies: project management, information technology, creativity, business analysis, problem solving
Bachelor’s Degree.
Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to other Citco locations for business.
