What You’ll Do We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Manager (Paid Search) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the Paid Search Manager in executing and managing day-to-day operations of our paid search campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing campaigns, monitoring performance, conducting analysis, and ensuring the seamless execution of our paid search strategies. Assist in the creation, implementation, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Apple Ads, and other relevant networks. Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring that KPIs are met and budgets are adhered to. Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Paid Search Manager to develop strategic plans and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. Manage bid adjustments, budget allocations, and targeting settings to optimize campaign performance. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for internal stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our paid search efforts remain innovative and effective. Monitor and troubleshoot issues within Google Merchant Centre to ensure smooth operation of shopping campaigns. Monitor market performance, conduct SEM audits, perform keyword research, and provide optimization recommendations for ongoing improvements. Support the Paid Search Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in paid search marketing Proficiency in using paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
